Beautiful weather for the Dickey Ridge trail run this past Saturday. From this point it's 4 - 5 miles of mostly downhill running back to the cars and to refreshments. This run will likely be repeated a couple of times this summer so join us next time. Here's a picture of Pat & Casey performing an impromptu modern dance number

Cell phone, GPS, radio, TV, microwave. How many signals are boring into your brain each second. If you can get a cell signal while riding an elevator through the center of a massive building then that same signal is passing through your body 24 hours a day. It's no wonder people these days are so confused.

For a fortunate few, this weekend will involve a run in the warm sun and many Mojitos to rehydrate. Sunday is the Miami Marathon which will look like this in the morning.
